Not the type you wear  one to aid you casting your bird, i made one myself out of leather and velcro tabs using the design in the booklet which comes with the basic training video by Nick Fox, and it's the most handy thing I've ever made:lol: . Anyway for those who can't sew or don't like sewing (Like myself  ) a company sells them for £25 there is an article in todays Cage and Aviary (date 16th June 2005) on page 17. The company has a website and it is surprisingly www.castingjacket.co.uk Or their phone number is 01267 211440 Hope this is of some use to you.

The problem with casting a hawk is you need 2 confident people to do it, and you still need 2 people to put it on that vest.
whilst the bird is on the fist come round with your free hand firmly grab both legs and put the bird comfortably under your glove hand armpit. the wings will come in the bird is cast and you can then move your arm up and take the bird around the body in both hands........bird cast........one person needed.
the key is to be quick, firm but not aggressive and smooth with the movements. ( works well calming down any aggression in a bird too i discovered cheers Gaz  )
I have to be honest i have found this way to be quicker and a lot less stress on the bird than two peeps going at it some times.
