thinking of training a cast of longwings to the lure , was hoping somebod could give me advice. I know there are folks out there who do it and some do it very successfully(varmint). Had some advice from a couple of folks who reckon imprints would be good, i was thinking siblings??? Will be using sibling kessies for one cast , but was hoping to get some good advice from folks out there who have done it maybe with tiercels??

i can fly and do oftern fly a female pere hybrid and a tiercel pere x saker with no problems at all, the pere is 3 year old p/r and the pere x saker is 1 year old p/r the female hunts/ catches crows but flys with the male no problems at all to the lure ( methods- dont try and call to the same lure!, and dont serve one falcon for the other becareful when casting off!!!) its also much easier with two people unless you have the back of the van open like me and can pick one up quick and throw her on the cadge.

I flew a pair of reds, female was 5, the male is 11. They never bred, but were weathered together, and fed next to each other, but in flying if the male got infront of the female, she reminded him who's boss lol! We hope to do it again this year, as the other fem red died, we exchanged for a simular adged red. We hope we can get both doing in displays - good fun!
