Depends if your pulling If you pull 15 /16 is on the cards but make sure you have customers before building up the numbers. Also remember that if you are pulling then you will have to hand raise the young and that may stop a few customers as not all like imprint Harris.

Griff i would have thought the days of doing this were well and truly over with Harris Hawks.

That is exactly why I said make sure you have customers before you produce, it may be possible but even with my contacts I couldn't sell that many at anything like a realistic price.

Ive binned 6 hh egges this year
I produce from a home bred male and a imported (usa) female and it just aint worth the time and effort ... and i aint dropping the food quaility
the last one from last year was here for 28 weeks using an avairy and eating its heart out ... sold for £200 in the end
I have kept two eggs from the second clutch but if the deposit dont arrive then they are going in the bin too

WEN IS THE RITE TIME TO TAKE THE MAIL OUT OF THE BREEDING PEN OR IS IT BEST JUST TO LEVE THEM BOTH IN AS MY HH HAS LAYED 4 BUT SHE IS STILL RITE UNCOMFTERBULL/FIDGATY ON THE NEST SO I THINK THEY MITE BE ANUTHER ON ON THE WAY I DONT HAVE TO GO OVER 4 EGGS

I am just happy to breed them and give them to people that I know. However it would be nice to cover the food bill.
