Where I live, there are quite a number of Larks, & one day, (when I can afford it..!), I'd love to try flying a Merlin. There are a few others in Lincs. who are quite experienced at it, so I'm hoping to be able to join in..!

Sory to hear you lost a chick.
Last week my imprint female Merlin kill two young perlin 12 days old. I dont know whay. She feed them and brood for a week and than eat head from one, the other one yust break the neck and cash them where she cash the food. The second two I am for shure not put with her.

Hi Rob She had stopped brooding them just standing guard i'm certain the heat done it they were very fidgety the day before just no breeze at all and them with their full wolley jackets on,it should be raining it's wimbledon, at last it's cooled down
