Tail bell protector

hi ,hope someone can help ,
i seen a tutorial with pic's and a vid of a egg shaped tail bell cover a while ago on here somewhere ,it is like a deflector to stop a tail bell getting caught up in cover.
i hope someone can remember where it is as ive just spent ages trying to find it again ,hope this makes sense ,the vid part was a demo af this system being held in the hand and was being struck in a swiping motion to demonstrate how it works.
