Erm, no Moses she is the falconry centre "attached" to the hotel.

She charges 5 star prices too - approx double what Varmint (who is only a few miles away) does!, but if you can afford to stay at Gleneagles hotel you can probably afford her prices (£120 for a 3 hour hawk walk type day 6 years ago)
