Hi Dean, didnt see this cast go, saw the one he didnt lose fly often enough, and then spent a few seasons hawking with him with the new cast , unfortunatly i dont have a single picture, pre digital camera days, its a shame looking back on it, one particular day comes to mind we caught 7 head of quarry in the same afternoon, all good flights and good hawking, his two tiercels, his rook hawk, and my tiercel and falcon,mark.

I saw this cast fly a long time ago. Andy was on his way home with Alan Von-Vink from grouse hawking in the North. I was asked if they could have an afternoon on a small moor I was renting. He took 2 slips and killed 2 grouse. One of the best things I have ever seen. He was so in tune with these birds it was incredible.
