These are the last model that I'm making in my workshop, this is a free modification of the "Spanish Calzas " created and developed by naturalists Aurelio Perez and Fernando Peralta for managing large eagles
thanks to its design, which prevents the feathers from the start tarsus, leaving intact the beauty of this bird.
made of elk skin
its price is 40 euros per pair
thanks

These look beautiful - but could someone please explain to me how they are fitted to the bird? Sorry to be a bit slow here........but if the jesses are removed, what keeps the anklet on the bird's leg?

From looking at the photos, the two eyelets at the back (where the jesses go) are not joined together, so how is the anklet actually secured to the leg? I am only familiar with the type of anklet which is secured to the leg using an eyelet which holds the anklet to the leg.

Would be grateful if someone could enlighten me!!

Thanks!

the anklets with the grommets seem to be fitted through like a belt in a jeans, hope this helps
