Hi All
I have managed to get hold of some premium Lizard skin in a selection of different colours. The example here is a size 1 hood that is being sent to a client in Scotland for a Perlin. (Apologies for dark photo's ...will try and do some better ones) :)

Hi Talon.... the lizard skin is wafer thin....its has to be bonded onto a thicker leather before sewing.....all my hoods weigh in at about 1/2oz or under :) I have started to put the actual weight of the hood inside the hood for clients who weigh their hawks in the hood :)

Great looking hood there Griff. I have seen the stingray on your site as well and love the look of it. What other exotics do you work in?

lol SJ.... I think he has been given that advice by others..... I would not use this hood as a first time hood.... i would pop it on the mantle piece until his hawk has been made to the hood.... if he is going through the proces and just starting then a Maynes Hawk Hood is a good starter :)
GriffMJ you make nice job m8 .
