West Yorkshire lad

Hi all i live in West Yorkshire in Castleford just down the motorway from Leeds,its good for all hunting as its got alot of country side surrounding it, now i havent got a hawk [yet] as am 16 just left school but hopefully [depending on exam results] going to do a 5 year appenticeship in Farriery, so for the time being am going to learn as much as a can on falconry as my brain permits so that when am settled with hopefully an appenticeship under my belt, then i can get one and be sure that it gets the proper care it deserves [which is what i believe any animal should have]

ps, i know books are nothing compaired to pysical experiece, but what books would you reccomend
