Mail help required

My mail box is full and I'm a bit loath to delete some of these emails. Is there anyway I can forward them to my off forum email address? Currently I'm copying and pasting them. I would appreciate any suggestions.

At the top of your messages it says Messages and then how many. Click on box that will put a tick in the box next to all the messages on that page. Then go to bottom of messages and click on arrow next to "move to folder". A drop down will appear. Click on download XML. This will then allow you to move them to anywhere, ie to Your documents. When done go back open the same drop bar and delete those you have copied to the new destination. Then repeat with each page until they are all moved.
