At the moment there is no translation, but I believe one is planned or underway.

Interesting to read there would maybe be available an English translation of the book

Der Steinadler from Josef Heibeler is one of if not the best book about steinadler. And one of the most excellent parts is that all the subspecies are very good described in it, together with great photographs.
