I use it, but not that kind of nylon... I use parachute cord, in simple cord or braided on larger birds.
I like them a lot, those on the picture look easier for the bird to pick and tear it up.
The only problem I see on nylon equipment it's when used on birds that bate of their perch a lot, cause the cord gets really tight and hard to undo them from the extender / swivel.

I use a slightly similar system.
Very short slitless traditional flying jesses that are extended as shown for mews use.

This has been discussed before:

I like Atomik do use a form of braid jesses but much tighter 'plait/braid' than the ones pictured. See the pictures from LLL in the thread above, much tighter 'plait/braid', better material. The ones pictured in your post, Moses looks inferior and probably won't last more than a day or two.

Hannah,
I detatch the green "Extenders" with the loops (These remain attached to the swivel) and then fly her with the very short slitless traditional jesses as seen in the picture.

Sorry I was not more clear with my description

WTF is that :?:

That is a one piece braded aylmerii. Made from Kangaroo and still needs a thin piece glued to the back to make it smooth.
