just ordered a variety of equiptment from ben long,the service was excellent,quality as usual from this long standing supplier & fast delivery.unfortunately one small item was sent out in the wrong size,so i emailed ben,and not only did he send out the correct item straight away(jess set)but also an extra set free for my inconvenience.
it makes a refreshing change in this day and age of "money first"followed by **** service.
