just going though paper work today to get up to date with it just a little thing had my new public liability insurance come on saturday and notice some changes on it so letting you know so you can watch out in case they change yours
just to start i own two bengal (Indian) eagle owls i had a shock looking at the small print saying not covered for free flying demos eagle and eagle owls
as with the last i could have free flyed them so really this is just for the falconry and owl keepers that free fly check your new cover just in case you have the same on your new policy
oh one other thing the wife has had to become an employee to be covered on monday will be phone them to ask y the change on the policy and will let you know what the say

have spoken with the insurance company and got told this

due to things coming to light and the use of eagles and eagle owls they have no choice but to stop cover of them free flying in public places falconry clubs and centers will still have the same cover to fly all there birds on there land and for mobile shows

so basically as i am independent and insure my bird in my name not as a company they have taken free fly off i have also only been give 50 events a year all static and if i wish to have free flying back then i have one of two thing reg as a company or pay high price to free fly them

so for the independent owner of eagles or eagle owls check your cover or join a club that will cover you on there insurance

Hi Matt
Which insurance company are you with? I will have to check the small print on our policy very carefully when it comes up for renewal in April!
