Article 10

Anyone. talking with a guy yesterday who has a pair of eagle owls. He got them aprox 5yrs ago with the docs for micro chips etc but doesnt have an article 10. He says he cant breed and sell on because of this. Can he ?

I bought a Pere/Lanner. And the old owner lost the A10 so when i bought it just sent a letter to DFRA and they sent me a form. I filled out and sent it back and then they sent me the A10 as easy as that.

Lol - the guy cant breed or sell them without an A10 but he can give them to someone as a gift. But the guy can phone up DEFRA as Finnish said. Better to have the A10 though!!!

spoke to him told him what finnish said he said he would try, aparently they are like 17 yrs old so dont know how much luck he will have. Anyway thanks guys
