Does anybody in this forum, have a scheme on building a bird louncher and can you please post it or e-mail it to me?

I have got one but it's not for sale. Had it sent from the US $49.00 Its for training my dog to sit the flush.

AND THE 20 PARTRADGE IN MY GARDEN ARE TO MAKE SURE MY FALCONS KNOW WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE.
