我推薦一下,水雞用芝麻油加薑片蒜頭九層塔和辣椒,就這樣給他炒的酥酥脆脆的....外加一手啤酒.... 人間美味啦:supz::supz::supz:

水鸡一般变成粥。鸦鹃一般做成汤····················褒这粥得相当工夫呀 , 汤你都放啥配料呀!

好像客家小炒,加點小魚乾,尤魚乾,花生米就更香啦!

汤的话直接放包清补凉,然后加桂圆肉少许以及瑶柱一把。放高压锅里1个小时,出调味就很OK了 ~

今年有次逮了10多个水鸡和1个董鸡,全部做一锅汤非常鲜

粥就是先把水鸡切碎啦白煮。然后拿姜葱炒。最后加白粥就可以啦。。。。。。。炖的就放啦点香菇。枸杞。没有 什么特别的料~~~~~~~~~~~~~加啦个水鱼进去。。其实是想找借口吃水鱼。。。。

geez! can't fool you guys with Chinese. we are talking about recipes to cook the games caught by crested goshawk (A. trivirgatus) in southern China and Taiwan, and of course joy of drinking Heineken beer!!!

水鸡这么做相当好吃喔!吊烧乳鸽的做法。先用姜酒香料煮水鸡30分钟。然后用油淋到金黄。加点椒盐。送酒相 当无敌哦!(鸣谢相当可怜的水鸡先生·或小姐)

The pictures gave you away.;) Had my mouth watering there - but I'd definately go with a fork or spoon. I'll starve to death if I had to rely on chopsticks to feed myself. :lol: And yes, I noticed that frosty glass - and I approve wholeheartedly!

Tell more about the bird please? Native to China? What weights do they fly at - male & female?

少了一個步驟啦..
在雞上先擺上蔥絲在下滾油...哈哈...脆皮黃金蔥油雞上菜啦...!
