Eagle Owl?

Can anyone give me a contact for an owl expert or give me some advice.
My sister reckons there is a large owl up a pylon near her house, she described it to me and it sounds like a european eagle owl. She also said it has been there for two days.
The area is north Manchester.
What should she do....she it getting worried about it.
Any advice much appreciated.

has it any equipment? jesses? rings? anklets? Inform the IBR. http://www.ibr.org.uk .If you want tell me where and I'll have a look at it and see if the owl will come down etc. Or I'll get a more experianced falconer and send him down lol.
