I have been looking for one type of greece for some time now but i am not sure if they still do it. I can't remember the name of it but it came in a small white plastic tube and it was a yellow colour and it worked a treat. I have tryed to find it again but people keep getting sendn't all kinds of ****, so because of this i sarted making my own but as my spare time is getting short (spending all of my time flying, huntung and courses) i am looking to buy it in agian
I was wondering if anyone know if this greece was still around and if so who does it

Your right it does get dark but for me there is still manning and cleaning. it would not be the first time i have been in the office with a bird sitting on the arm of the chair next to the computer.

Yep....Sold in Chemists...You can get hold of raw beeswax easily, but you,ll find that if you see a roadside sign saying Honey For Sale, you,ve got a Beekeeper who,ll give you a whole block of the stuff for next to nothing.
If you want my recipe, just say and I,ll post it up.

The only beekeepers i know that'll give the wax away for nothing is the ones that have a mite infestation or only have one or two hives. Most trade it back to offset the cost of kit or comb foundations....wich by law should be properly refined to stop any cross contamination or infection/infestation.
Then you never know what the guy has been suplimenting the bees diet with to up production etc!So you can't guarrantee the quality of the wax....but then if it costs next to nothing !!!!

The thought of infected beeswax has never crossed my mind.......
Go to your local cobblers and ask if youre that paranoid....Ours sell it in round 1oz blocks for the army boys to do their boots.

Dont think anyone is going to worry about there boots getting bee mites somehow.I was however trying to point out that laws and common sense dictate that beeswax will not be cheap......unless unreliable for a number of reasons. If it's for yer boots thats up to you.
