The hoods i make are all fitted to birds.The beakopening is just right.Here's one on a male saker

Sorry i dont think that is a good fit at all.
It looks like it is riding on top of the nasal passages and too far forward
too big

The hood on the first saker might be a little too small for him i agree.Here,

That last picture looks much much better than the previous one, that is a nice fit the other certainly was not and am glad you can see the difference..
The hoods look good, in one of the first photos you showed where there was several were they all blocked? Some looked like they were others not, perhaps it was just the nagle of the picture,

I just recently became the owner of a female Harris, what's the best style hood for this species since their eyes are more foward than a red tail?

you're best off with an anglo indian hood for a harris mate... some people use dutch but the A I suits the head shape better.
