Breeders of decent size Harris Hawks

just a quick heads up really,can anybody let me no of quality breeders of hh in and around the midlands area,i am prepared to travel further afield for right youngster.im after somebody that produces large birds consistently to take on the abundance of hare round here many thanks.

Andy, size of offspring is a lottery mate, to guarantee a certain weight would be almost impossible, i have had young females come out at 2lb 12oz and others come out at 2lb 5oz and males from 2lb 2oz down to 1lb 5.5oz there is no telling. Still quality hunting birds whatever the weight.

hi guys,
i have 6 females all over 3lb and males 2lb ish, but as hardcore hawker said the offspring do not aleays match up to what expect. second clutch offspring tend to be a little smaller.
