Thanks, I have spent the last 13 years converting vehicles into mobile workshops and showrooms. It has only been the past 18 months that we have started converting these type of vehicles into dog vans not only for the Police and security firms but for handlers of show dogs.

A little to busy Sam for hawk this last season but all will come good for next season. Had to build some new foundations and change direction, its been a hard year keeping all the guy's in work with the down turn in vehicle supply for the vehicle conversion business.

All the best to you and the rest your season.

Looking good Carl. You should seriously look into doing camper conversions on vans..... a good friend of mine started doing them last year and now he has 12 men working for him.

Very nice job Carl. How long did it take to do each one?

To pro-type the vehicle in the first group of photo's took 13 days from start to finish and the other 8 vehicles of the same spec are taking 5 days from start to finish. The great thing about these vehicle is that the gates and central divide are all removeable to give you a large loading space when not being used to carry dogs.

The police dog vans take about 14 to 24 working days each. These are a very long draw out project with AC being ducted into the rear compartment for the dogs. The Spray on Speedliner coating on this job alone takes 3 days and another day to fully cure.
