When you hunt an area, when would you return

when you hunt a farm, how long do you leave it before hunting it again? i use ferrets so i spose it takes about 2 weeks for the smell to go away. but when will the rabbits return? and sets that were empty before i ferreted them, could they have rabbits in them now?

when we ferret a warren we usually leave that warren for a couple of weeks at least to give another bunny the chance to settle in.

when i was in Scotland we tended to hunt each peace of land once of a week or once every two weeks. we where in the lucky position that we had a lot. If we hunted the land to much it was not the smell of the ferrets that was the problem, it was the sound of the birds bell. When the rabbits and pheasant realized bells meant birds getting rabbits out of the holes was hard more time than most we ended digging out the ferret

Rabbits dont take that long to settle back into sets if thiers not a shortage. I havnt noticed the smell of ferrets causing a prob
