Using beef heart for weight reduction ,does washing it make much difference in it's food value????

any 'pure' meat will reduce weight. in that i mean just the meat and no fur or feathers. yes washing it will reduce the weight slightly. I prefer not to do that tho ud be better of just giving less of the normal stuff.
