Personally I prefer Noble bells, go to a shop or show and try listening to several pairs of bells as some frequencies will work better for you than others.

I used to only use lahore bells, which, as I also have problems with my hearing at the higher ranges, I found that lahores had a nice low tone that I could pinpoint - much better than alot of the american made bells, which I found just to 'tinkly' for my hearing.
BUT in recent years more bells have come onto the market (particularily english made bells for some reason) that wear much better than lahore bells (which only really last a season) and have that lower tone that I can hear.
Dont be put off by what people tell you, if you cant hear the bells then they are no use!! If you find that you can only hear lahores buy lahores. I got alot of stick for using lahores when noble bells etc started coming in from the US because they were superior.....err not if I cant hear'em!!

i dont think there is anything wrong with lahore bells i think they are just as good as any others ive heard. yes they dont last as long but at their price they arnt expensive to replace every season or two.
