Breeder Ring Question

My friend and i were handed a male harris hawk. We want to find out who the breeder was so we can have some history of the bird as it has an underlying infection in its right foot. took it to vets today and was given course of anti-biotics so hope he'll be ok.

The Ring ends in Y

It aint IBR registered as we checked with them early this morning...

So if anyone has a ring number with just Y at the end, could you please PM me.

Nope, no luck on finding out the breeders...

No Finnish we hadn't found out if it was a Honeybrook Ring. Will phone them in the morning. Cheers for that.

could it be a bird council ring. If it is it will have somewhere within the number a small BC placed in a vertical position. Some people mistake it a number 8 as the letters are very close and are hard to read when slightly dirty.
