Making a Falconry Diary of Everyday events.

I know many falconers do and i think getting a new bird and jotting down weights and catches and kills is a great idea especially when you start as you can find a pattern at his/her ideal hunting weight.

Anyone got any plans, paperwork,Computer diary Designs of the History of their bird?

I too have made 3 diaries all the same format; Microsoft database. First field, =date, 2nd = weight, 3rd = training and last comments.
