Watery mutes can have several causes:

-a high intake of water results in excretion of much water
-when a bird is burning a lot of fat, in the beginning of training, it excretes more water
-it may indicate a kidney problem, which can have different reasons
-some viral infections cause this too

What part is watery? The brown part = diarrhoea, white part = renal. Seeing a picture of the mutes would help narrow down the list of possible problems. If the brown bit is more watery I'd suggest send a faecal sample off for analysis, if it's the white part then a blood sample may be in order to rule out underlying problems.

send a mute sample to any top avian vet, it is cheap and will tell you if you have a problem. Could be worms ..probably not, do you defrost food? if so how, half thawed or microwave thawed is something that crops up and should never be be fed !! Hope you find the problem.
