Harris and lures

I'm participating in a research project about Harris Hawks (I'm gathering info about the use of HH in falconry), and recently got an e-mail from another person who also belongs to the project about the use of lures with Harris Hawks... I would like to know, how do you guys use the lure with your birds? How's the training process?

I gived him the lure at the end of the flying than fed up him, so in emergency cases I can call him from the moon if he perched on it :D (swinglure)
