Nice informative picture m8. You'll have to excuse my ignorance here, but how would it be possible to prove that infertile eggs were taken from a captive bred bird? Or is it still illegal to possess captive bred eggs?
All this based on the assumption that you have bought the eggs from a captive breeder.

DNa analisis of both parents shows the origin of DNA in the shell or egg membrane. The infertile dead egg would need an A10 as it is "a part or dirivative" of a monitored species. Unless you were given it (Covering note wise) by deed of gift.
