Gyr/saker lost

Male 5yo gyr/saker. Called Jake or Jakey. Grey falcon. Is wearing telemetry, not sure if 175 or 216 so please try if in the NW. Telem was a falcon tele or a marshal (2 diff set's so not sure) Also wearing a bell and flying straps. Will respond to the lure if not killed. Was lost on sat 24th dec.

Hope you pick up his signal so that you can mark where he is and get him back when daylight comes. If I was nearer I would use my set and have a drive around.

I've tried, nothing around. Not sure what signal it was on, the guy has 2 diff set's, but Im thinking its the 216.

Mind u, no one was lookin for him on x mas day lol. hoping they've got him by now.

This is a reply to Hannah. For your information the 'guy' you are talking about came home late christmas eve due to searching for Jake, out again first thing in the morning - yes..christmas day - and then missed his christmas dinner due to recieving a phone call from someone who thought they saw Jake in the Lostock Hall area and shot out the front door to look for him as his dinner was being served. So can you get your facts straight before posting things that can potentially hurt other peoples feelings.

P.S Jake was found safe and sound by the way so thank you to all concerned members but it appears that Hannah knows so much she didnt let you know he'd been found as promised.

If minibull is who I think he is, he as every right to be angry. But there you go, I did get him abit in a previouse post. I applolgise. In my defence, in this thread I did mean it as a joke, as I didnt have the full fact's. I am glad you went out and looked for Jake, because he a nice falcon.

I wouldn't go about posting if I thought you wouldnt bother looking for the bird. I may be stupid at times (previouse thread) but I wouldnt make personal attack's. In the other thread, I was worried about the welfare of one of the staff. I also used the word guy so as not to spread your name on the internet. Im pretty sure you wouldnt like it.

Also, I didnt get round to updating as I ended up busy so appologies to everyone else there. Like most people at Christmas and New year, it's a busy time!

I appreciate the fact that you are very young and trying to gain experience, that is very commendable, but now you know that there is someone on here that knows exactly what you can and can't do, i think it's time to stop the lies and exaggeration of your own talent and use this site to learn from the experienced falconers who actually know what they are talking about.
