traditionaly after a day off at xmas most of us are out hunting shooting fishing. I had an indifferent day how about you. I started at ten am with callie my female gos on rabbits 1st warren blank second one bolted a bunny but did not let her go on the first bate cos i didnt see it rabbit, escaped ferret then lost till this morning, **** start. back home desided to take a 2005 male imprint out I have only had for a week, very keen bating at robins blackbirds flushed a cock pheasant in a wood it went vertical gos up its arse in two seconds watched it go for 250 yards nearly had it twice more, bigger balls than me. found him with telem up a tree in wood by canal, decided to let him have a fill on lure didnt tie quail on properly little ****** robbed it flew accross canal into jungle wood telem out in anger again long walk lucky to get the little sod from under six foot high brambles. back home birds away, gun out to go and shoot some ducks with a pal not a bloody duck showed roll on next boxing day. only good thing new gos could be fun:rolleyes:
