Not enough dark on the head for that, looks very similar though. Mabey somthing from the same area? Or very closly related?

No I have had Marsh Harriers, they have a white under wing and black tips.

hawkmaster search on google for "rare bird of prey" and you should get a sheppy isle rspb thingeee acording to them its a juv marsh in flight

The second is defenitely an adult female marsh harrier. White underparts of the wing with black tips are typical for the male, Hawkmaster!
I think the chick in the last picture is a young ferruginous hawk.
