Bashdar

It looks like a Eurasian kestrel, Falco tinnunculus or possible in your area a Lesser kestrel, Falco naumanni

What help do you need?

Hi,

It looks a lot like a Kestrel which, as Clive said, will be a Lesser Kestrel for you. Do you have experience in rescuing Birds of Prey? Your intro says you have helped Birds of Prey in the past. It's a great thing to do, I hope everything goes well with the Kestrel.

Regards,

Bradley
