The stalls were ok at least you can compare the goods and feel the quality that you are buying as opposed to buying on line, and being disappointed when it arrives. The girl flying the falcons was good she did a decent display, but I have to say that the others left a lot to be desired. If you were a foreign falconer and had travelled over to see the British Falconers Fair then what a disappointment.I really thought that someone would put together some of the top displayers and come up with a decent show.Lets hope that it improves,as if we don't support it then it won't be there. It is a great place to meet up with friends and look at equipment but I really do hope that the organisers get together and put together a better line up of arena entertainment. This show should be about displaying the best that the country has to offer and people will travel a long way to a quality event,so the organisers would reap the rewards!

The drive there and back killed it for me, 5 1/2 hours.
Did not really have the chance to sit down and relax.
Still, got what I wanted and very pleased and met a wonderfull person who spends most of her time helping others, babs at the ibr stand
Food stalls were dire and coffee was ****e.

Yeah drive home was a bit C**p, 50mph speed limit through Rd works on M1 what seemed like an hour! they must be the longest works in the world.
I was hoping to get a couple of items at decent prices but nobody seemed to want to give any deals. not like it used to be.

As there is no edit facility on this site I would like to say that the Merlin and Kestrel were very good.It was the intermittent flow of the arena events that spoiled it,with just music playing and nothing going on.The poor display was towards the end of the day I won't mention names but anyone that was there will know who it was!

I went yesterday, the stalls were good but it seemed more focused on dogs than birds, the merlin was great super fast little bird.
What annoyed me was the prices of the food and drink, what a rip off, I bought a pork muffin ú5.50 😱😱 if I go next year I'll take my own grub !!
