He was really good at 1lb 8 and still as sharp at 1lb 9 even a couple of times at 1lb 10. I kept him at 1lb 8 ish, that's what he was towards the end of the season.

Bored now though.....

Yes the tally was.

3 rats
4 rabbits
3 pheasants.

Plus a load of missed ones. Mostly rabbits. He could have had another 2 cock pheasants but I think they were a little big for him. He couldn't hold on. The other 3 pheasants were all female. No problems with them.

He's learned his trade now though mate, guarantee next season he will quadruple that count and more, the main thing is to enjoy it, just keep having fun and fill the freezer. Lol

I always leave anklets and flying jesses on, just so that you can pick the bird up if you want to remove from aviary for cleaning purposes.
