Default Is it possible for raptors to actually digest the pellet?

Is it possible for raptors to not cast pellet when it's really hungry? I'm waiting for him to cast but he hasn't done so in the last 48 hours. I'm getting worried. I'm affraid to feed him as I don't want to complicate things. Could he have digested everything? This is the first time this has happen in almost 2 years.

I've looked everywhere and his pellets are not hard to spot as they're usually quite big. I'm very sure that it's still in his system.
