Default Black 7/8ths gyr/saker with female peregrine.

Hey guys looking for a bit of info. Is it possible to pair/bond theses to different birds and will the eggs be fertile. I'm toying with the idea but want to know is it possible first.cheers ross

not so sure they will pair up at all but if you find they dont and want to seel the black gyr saker drop me a line ok

Hi.Yes, this is pssible and eggs will be fertile IF birds copulating or if you insemenating the female .Regard

Cheers iguana. I was thinking they should bond ok with a chance of breeding.its just something I've been pondering.maybe sometime in the future ill try this

This certainly can improve your chances but by pairing two different birds in a confined space you are removing the ability for natural selection and there is every chance they will breed.

I and many others have done this. Go for it if you think the young will have value in Falconry.

I suppose Ross the young would be all but gyr peregrines, and being dark they would be well sought after, especially the tiercels.
