Default A very sad day

This is a very sad day my female Harris lost her life by hitting a wire stretched between two posts to stop vehicles entering the area, she was chasing a partridge and I think her death was instant. I'm devastated by what has happened she was the first Harris hawk that I have owned and trained and a perfect hunting partner. RIP AiA

Sorry to say this is the cost of hunting sometimes, remember one thing, she died doing what she loved doing, I had the same happy to me some time back ,mine hit a tennis court full on, chasing a rabbit ,pick your self up and move on ,she will always be with you as it was your first ATB
