Default Profile sheets

Any you lads use profile sheets for mews ? My dad has just given me around 20 profile sheets around 10th long and I was wondering if you lads use them for mews I was concerned about them in the summer getting a little hot ' . If any you lads do have mews from profile sheets could you pop up a pic please tell of give me some ideas ' I was going to just make a one ft square with 1/ 4 roof open for weathering but would like to see some other ideas cheers

Yeah I have my pens built from them, I like them, can't say I've noticed the pens being any hotter in the summer, mine are open fronted and part open on the roof so have good ventilation which i feel helps. Maintenance free, mine are plain galvanised sheets.

Some pics might help with ideas. Not perfect but seems to work for me and the birds

Is that just faster to timber frame ? That's simalar to what I had in mind but maybe only half the size open on the front , cheers for pics

Navek if put 'box profile' in the search through Mews & weatherings, there's quite a few come up mate. It's commonly used now for a mews
I'll be using it for my mews roof soon, as long as it's well ventilated, the heat shouldn't be a problem. Atb

All mine are done in box profile and they are brilliant. Neat tidy lasts forever and easy to jet wash clean.
