I've flown a 50/50 in the past but he was an imprint I did for a well known breeder, he was a cracking seriously large male and was great fun to hunt with, looking forward to this bird to see what I can make of him.

Will look forward to reading about your new lad from Mick.

Yep she's a bute, as far as weights no idea. Once I've chosen which one I want removed from the pen and weighed him I'll have a slight idea of where I'll start.

Only just over a week till collection on the 30th.

Same collection day as me alex.

Mick rang me the other day.

Said ther stunning

Are the 5050 usually bigger.

Mine is only 1/4.

I was late ordering and lucky he had been messed around in spain or i wouldnt have gettin a bird from mick this year.

Not necessarily any bigger, admittedly the biggest male I have flown was an imprint 50/50 bred by Jorg Freye and midway through his first season was killing daily at 2lb 3oz and killed as high as 2lb 5oz but he was exceptionally big. I'm not fussed what size he is, he'll fly at whatever weight I can get him hunting.

Best of luck with your new lad Mick breeds some of the best around.

Agree as long as it binds, that is big for a tiercel, my female hunts well at 2lb 4ozs,
