Default 1/4 albidus

Hello.

Just curious.

If a 50 50 white male was breed with a finnish female .

The chicks would be 1/4 obviously.

Would the differ much from a full finnish male as in size speed ect.

Thankyou

A 50/50 male Goss can produce a white female, but the male offspring from a 50-50 albidus/ finish male crossed with a full finish female, would be pretty much indistinguishable from a full finish, but there is still a chance that it will throw a white female if used for breeding!. Hope this helps. I have a 50-50 male here which I flew the season before last, a great bird and took many pheasants, I personally think that all goshawks of great and have potential, it has more to do with the skill of the falconer rather than the breeding, but that's just my thoughts. All the best Chris

Speed will only be a matter of opinion, with little proof. Size will vary anyway & can be relative......as you know
