Default Unintended Hotlinks in Forum Posts

I have noticed that quite a few of mine and other peoples responses are including plainly unintended hotlinks to pictures and adverts. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to prevent it please ?

Not unless it came ready installed. Do hotlinks show up on mine? Never log on via a computer so can't see if it's different from there

You really should have at least one antivirus installed, malwearbytes is good and I also run CC cleaners each week to clear out caches and history as they can slow you down when they get clogged upjust make a not of your passwords as they can clean them out also

I was getting pop ups of this kind only when I was on this forum. I ran Malwarebytes and the scan came up with 28 issues. Fixed them. Seems OK now (touch wood).
