He's got some talons on him Andy, they look like they could do some damage!

I can't believe their not full size already, they're going to be monstrous by the time he's fully grown. They look like their built to hold some pretty impressive quarry, what's the largest that you'd be prepared to hunt him on?

Regards,

Bradley

There used to be a lady who rescued crowned eagles close to Cape Town it was rumoured that the most popular reason for them needing rescuing was they were attacking local dogs, rotties and shepherds being the most popular breeds around at the time

Wouldn't surprise me Barry they certainly have the feet, talons and the power to subdue anything they fancy. Not called leopards of the trees for nothing.

If memory serves me correctly a good number of years ago a number of eagles were confiscated after being smuggled into the UK, most if not all ended at GPJ,s, there was as most can imagine there was a lot of publicity about those eagle. A big thing was made of British Airways flying one if not two crowned eagles back to S A. Quite a number of falconers at the time would have dearly loved to have them and hunt with them, but As GPJ remarked I believe " why what are you going to hunt sheep"
