took me a while to finish the entire thread, very informative! as im getting a finish this year, my question is:
after hard pen and before hunting, weight must be reduced. is it better to reduce weight slowly, as 2g per day over a longer period
or rapidly to reach a hunting weight?

Better to induce hunger rather than reduce weight at drastic levels, if your imprint has been trained properly and is hungry it will lure recall and should chase Quarry.
