Default Dubai Falcon Training

Thought I'd share a few pics and later possibly videos of our training here in the desert. The birds are to be used in displays and we use normal lures, houbara lure, bunny lures, kite and RC planes.

Thanks guys.

We have 4 birds chasing the plane now. They switch onto it very easily and the flights are really great to see. Fitness also goes up quickly, but they need a day off after a hard flight to rest the muscles. Almost like body builders do.

Will post some video footage soon.

Rgds,
Jannes

Hi John, yes Griff was probably one of the first guys to do this. It has caught on well now and many Arab falconers use the method with decent success.

Here's a little video we put together to introduce our team to tour operators in Dubai. Any constructive criticism on how we can improve it welcome.
