She was put in the pen but with daily interaction and put out on high perch during the day so she was only really in the pen at night. She was no problem in the pen, I always make a point off messing with their food to show them I am no threat to it. Once training starts I walk round them and stay close to them on the lure I only ever do one call to lure for full rations for the day and wait until they step away from the lure before picking them up. I do everything I can to avoid them feeling robbed.

She is flying free now at 2lb 11oz. Took her out today was out 4 hours on 3 farms and all I saw all day was one hare she chased it but lost it to cover. Last season there was plenty on these farms but mixy wiped the rabbits out but what I can't understand is what has happened to the pheasants and partridge on this ground hopefully they will be there when the season gets going maybe it was because of the weather being red hot, and the dog was working very lazily.

She entered on a young bird.

She has had 4 kills now she is a pleasure to fly she is silent doesn't mantle and is not aggressive to me even on a kill. She got her 4th kill yesterday at 2lb 11oz which was a hare taken with a good double head hold I was impressed how quickly she got it under control as its her first kill on fur.
